Our Trade-In Procedure for Internet Customers:
Step 1 - Fill out the form on the previous page with as many detailed photos as possible and which guitar you are looking to trade for.
Step 2 - We will contact you quickly if we can work out a deal.
Step 3 - You will ship the guitar you would like to trade to us, at your expense.
Step 4 - Within 48 hours of receiving the guitar, our expert team will give you the complete price quote for you to accept or decline.
Step 5 - If you accept the offer, we will issue payment or adjust pricing for purchase of desired product. If you decline we will ship the guitar back to you for free.
Step 6 - The product you traded for will be shipped ASAP for free with ground shipping or you can choose 2nd day delivery for $39.
