Epiphone B.B. King Lucille Semi-Hollowbody Guitar, Ebony
Based on the famously named guitar of blues legend B.B. King, the Epiphone B.B. King Lucille semi-hollowbody was inspired by the various Gibson ES models he played over the years — all of which where named Lucille. Built in China, this definitive blues beast features an ES-335 shape made from 5-ply layered maple, spruce binding and a maple centerblock — with no f-carves in the top; B.B. himself requested this feature to help further reduce the possibility of feedback.
Comfort meets playability on the rounded C-profile maple neck, which is home to a smooth and easy-to-play ebony fingerboard. The electronics are equally impressive, with a pair of Alnico Classic PRO humbuckers that are wired to CTS potentiometers, a six-position Varitone switch and a stereo and mono output configuration for maximum flexibility. Rounded off with a TP-6 tailpiece and fine tuners, and you have yourself an instrument that was tailored to your every needs. The Epiphone B.B. King Lucille is a great guitar — ready for you now at Replay Guitar Exchange!
