Fender American Original '60s Telecaster Thinline Semi-Hollowbody, Surf Green
Fender American Original '60s Telecaster Thinline Semi-Hollowbody Guitar, Surf Green
Beloved by country players and indie rockers alike for its semi-hollow warmth, rounder twang and elegant appearance, the Fender American Original '60s Telecaster Thinline is a classic in its own right within the venerable Telecaster lineup. It features an ash solidbody with original-era body radii, complete with a perfect maple neck and fingerboard boasting a C-profile and decorated in a Surf Green gloss finish that lets the wood breathe naturally with resonant tone — matched by a distinctively appealing 4-ply tortoiseshell pickguard.
Tim Shaw-designed '60s Telecaster Thinline pickups deliver authentic late sixties Tele tones, keeping a striking sound up with the comfortable playability. It's controlled by a master volume and a master tone, along with a three-way blade switch. Other touches include a three-saddle vintage-style Tele bridge with slotted steel saddles, vintage-style hardware including F logo tuners and a vintage-style hardshell case. The American Original '60s Telecaster Thinline recreates this sophisticated six-string with tastefully modernized playability — available now at Replay Guitar Exchange!
