Fender Player Series Stratocaster, Pau Ferro, 3-Color Sunburst

The inspiring sound of a Stratocaster is one of the foundations of Fender. Featuring this classic sound — bell-like high end, punchy mids and robust low end, combined with crystal-clear articulation — the Player Series Stratocaster is packed with authentic Fender feel and style. It’s ready to serve your musical vision, it’s versatile enough to handle any style of music and it’s the perfect platform for creating your own sound.

This Stratocaster features a two-point tremolo bridge for smooth, superior tremolo action – and Player Series Stratocaster pickups designed for authentic Fender tone with a bit of an edge. They're a crisp, articulate and modern tweak of Fender's classic sound. A 22-fret neck in modern C shape extends playable range, in comfort. You'll also enjoy more control over your sound in pickup positions one and two, via our dedicated bridge pickup tone control.

Replay Guitar Exchange is proud to offer Fender's Player Series Strat in this rich sunburst. As always, feel free to contact our store for more details, or with any questions.

About the Fender Player Series

Introduced in June 2018, Fender's Player Series is the long-awaited successor to their Mexican Standard Series, offering all the classic Fender models in an affordable, high-quality package – including Strat, Tele, Jazzmaster and Jaguar guitars, as well as Precision, Jazz and Jaguar basses. The Player series features upgraded and cool new specs, including new Alnico pickups for all models, updated body radii, 22-fret necks, upgraded bridges, new colors and our classic logo for a new, more traditional look.

Player Series Differences

What makes Fender's new Player Series different from the well-respected Mexican Standard Series?

· Refined Body Radii

· 22 Frets Instead of 21

· Two-Point Floating Trem System with bent steel saddles, like the American Standard Series – for improved stability

· Alnico Pickups instead of ceramic – as used in the finest pickups made – and tweaked for a slightly hotter variation of the classic Fender sounds

· New colors!
