One of Guild's most iconic guitars, the Guild Starfire I DC expands on the double-cut body shape while utilizing a semi-hollowbody construction with an mahogany center block for reduced feedback and clear sustain. Made with an elegantly arched maple top, back and sides, the Starfire I DC has the airy crisp tones you expect from a semi-hollowbody construction.

The modern thin U-profile neck is built from mahogany, providing a fast, smooth playing experience all along the Indian rosewood fingerboard. Rich, vintage tone is injected by Guild's own HB-2 Alnico II humbuckers, and the push/pull coil splitting feature allows for singing, single-coil tones from either pickup.
