Fender American Performer Series Precision Bass, Maple, Penny
Fender American Performer Series P-Bass, Maple, Penny
Born in Corona, California, the Fender American Performer Precision Bass delivers the exceptional tone and feel that you'd expect from an authentic Fender, along with new, player-oriented features that make it even more inspiring to play.
The American Performer P-Bass includes one of Fender's new American-made Yosemite split single-coil pickups, designed for rich, expressive tones, in the usual position. With flat-staggered pole pieces to increase output and a shellac coating that lets the coil breathe while controlling feedback, Yosemite pickups produce dynamic sounds ideal for any musical situation. Adding some versatility to the mix, a Yosemite single-coil Jazz Bass adds real potential for growl.
The American Performer P-Bass also features Greasebucket tone circuitry to shape the highs without adding bass, preserving your sound. The modern C-shaped neck sports a 9.5” radius fingerboard that’s comfortable for nearly any playing style, along with 20 medium jumbo frets.
Replay Guitar Exchange is proud to offer Fender's American Performer Series Precision Bass in the shiny new Penny finish. We like the feel of the necks, and the look and feel of the finishes. As always, feel free to contact our store for more details, or with any questions.
