Gibson Montana Hummingbird Original Acoustic/Electric, Antique Natural
Gibson Montana Hummingbird Original Acoustic/Electric Guitar, Antique Natural
The unmistakable Gibson Hummingbird Original acoustic/electric guitar is followed by the masses as one of the most remarkable acoustic guitars ever built. Made in America, this guitar blends vintage appointments and today's modern, high-quality build construction — outfitted in an Antique Natural nitrocellulose finish.
Built from a Sitka spruce top on a mahogany back and sides, this guitar boasts a bellowing voice thanks in part by the traditional hand scalloped X-bracing with a multi-ply top and back double antique binding. The round-profile mahogany neck is home to a perfectly smooth rosewood fingerboard, showing off twenty standard frets with mother-of-pearl parallelogram inlays.
Outfitted with gold Gotoh Keystone tuners, a traditional Hummingbird truss rod cover, and a bone nut saddle, this guitar offers perfect aesthetic with a powerful acoustic voice. It's accentuated by the L.R. Baggs VTC under-saddle pickup, controlled by a volume and tone and rounded-off by a traditional belly-up bridge. The Hummingbird Original is one of Gibson's most distinctive acoustic instruments, and it's ready for you now at Replay Guitar Exchange!
