This guitar is in Fair condition, as there are various dings on the top binding, along with noticeable larger scratches on the top. The binding is also peeling from the edge slightly. There is some separation visible at the neck heel, along with some light fret divits and play-wear that leaves the estimated fret life at 80% remaining. Still, this Martin has plenty of tone and life left to give, and at the affordable price point, it proves to be a perfect guitar for the discerning player.
